This is on one the more challenging sites I've worked on for a while. Added to the obvious steepness of the land, maximum building height and various easements, was the challenge of working around soil stabilising measures built into the site during the subdivision development. The raked ceiling running from the kitchen out to the deck makes the most of the view. vi
