Congratulations Robin

We've colaborated with Robin Bristow a lot over the years & always admired & respected his work. His design for his own home has only cemented his reputation as far as we're concerned..... We regularly get Robin's design advice as we are going through our concept stage of drafting. (He's got a great eye for detail & is an excellent plan reader. Dan Reckons... I just watched Robin's video. That was fantastic! I've watched a few videos from the same producer before...mostly tiny homes on wheels. Over 600 comments on the video already and a lot of really positive feedback. Robin might be getting a whole lot busier." "A few clever Robin ideas....we might adopt for the future, but not sure everyone would go for them no doors/hallways really open up the space galley kitchen / laundry combo raked ceiling over the living adding that volume and feel of extra space entry through the study / second bedroom Even the little temporary balustrade worked well in front of the sliding doors. They did a great job selling the islands too....i didn't see any window or door screens though??" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JdIPvtdGzMc

Xmas 2025

It’s time for us to relax and enjoy Christmas, but poor Rudolf will be under a lot of pressure to perform soon. So he slipped away for a quiet moment of contemplation… In that stillness, he reminded himself— and all of us— that Christmas isn’t just about rushing, delivering, or living up to expectations. It’s about kindness, patience, and the small gestures that help others find their way, just like his glowing nose guides the sleigh. So as we head into the festive season, may we all take a moment to breathe, to be gentle with ourselves, and to look out for one another. Be kind. Be merry. And may your Christmas shine bright— Rudolf would approve. A special thankyou to whoever built Rudolf & put him on our dunes... and a thankyou to AI (ChatGPT) which expanded nicely on my draft. (If only ChatGPT would give out thankyous for it's use of data)

Congratulations Stephen Donnelly

The owner's are very happy because their daughters are very happy. Two beautiful big new bedrooms and a renovated bathroom. Everyone a winner. (Matching in with the original builde's style)

Using Autodesk Viewer to Visualise your project

We've got a 3D model of your project in our drawing package that we can share with you online for 30 days This is a good way to see the model as we're drawing it up To load up that 3D model , we will have to send you a link, the simplest way is to do it is , to click on the link on your phone or iPAD / tablet You can also load it up on your PC If you want some more instructions, and, if you can understand the Irish accent, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BsSYOS4R9WY

Using AI to Visualise your Project

Below are our attempts to render one of our standard 3d views using the free version of Chat GPT If you download the app or sign up to the free version of Chat GPT, it will give you a couple of images a day. Add the image and in the prompt section give a description of what you want. This is what Dan asked to get the render image result below: "Can you please provide a realistic 3D render of this whole house facade. Reduce file so whole house in included in the render if required. The image will be used to sell the house prior to being built. Please include the following details: White and monument black rendered walls as indicated on the image. Monument black panel lift door. Monument black fascia and gutters. Frosted glass front door. Light coloured vertical timber batten feature screen to the the front. Concrete driveway and path to the front door to have a neutral tone exposed aggregate finish. Low height landscaping (native to queensland) and turf to the front yard. Blue sky background with some mature native trees. Thank you! " but you could ask for something as simple as "Create rendered photographic image of this house add a tropical garden" Pretty tidy render for a free product!

Congratulations to Pullen Constructions

Once aagin Steve & Nat have created that combination of luxury and relaxed coastal living, which is a common theme in their builds. It's been a pleasure to work with Steve and Nat and to see the project come to fruition. As we are scaling back our operations to just residential , renovations and extensions , it's good for us , at plans2go to end on a high note.
